Happy Mother's Day

I have really needed to update the blog with some photos so in the next week or so I will be making this a priority. Since today is Mother's Day I decided to start by adding the picture I did for my mom last fall of her and my dog. This is one of my all time favorite photos that I've taken... MU Bound...

I have known Kayla's mom for a couple of years now and had the privilege of photographing Kayla's senior pictures. What a beautiful girl to work with and so photogenic. She was fun to photograph with a great sense of humor. Congratulations Kayla on closing this chapter in life and beginning a new and exciting one in college.

About Me

I began McCardie Photography in 2009 with the help of my husband Rocky to provide quality portraits at an affordable price. Located in the Kansas City Northland area I specialize in fun, relaxed and creative in-the-moment family, children, high school senior and pet photography which shows off your personality. The concept is simple... Portraits are taken outdoors in the most beautiful locations in Platte, Clay and Jackson Counties. Typically, I take in excessive of 100 shots in a session to make sure and capture many different poses and to get the best moments and expressions. I'm always open to any ideas you have while making sure you are happy before the session is complete.
